Sign up with the Hares or Webmaster before Mon 19 Oct 2026 to be guaranteed a shirt.
When signing up with the hares: A non-refundable deposit of 2,000 Baht is required for the run.
On run day sign in at Cafe Kronborg at 12:00 noon. Transport departs at 13:00 pm. Check here for any changes.
Please note that starting from March Dirt (#483) Dirt Tax will be increased to 200 baht.
Mismanagement has increased the nominal run fee to 4500THB.
Hares must, however, consult with Mismanagement to understand the new general guidelines and special circumstances which apply in order to surpass the former run fee cap.
If you sign up online, or by e-mail, without paying your deposit and don't turn up on the day of the run you will be added to the Deadbeats list and not allowed back on a run until the missing deposit is paid. Unless you give the hares 10 days (Monday midnight) notice of pulling out from the sign up list.
Dirt Meetings are held on the first Thursday of each month at 5pm in the TQ until further notice.
Virgins: Full name is required plus any hash name.
Virgins: A 10% rule applies up to a maximum of 4 virgins on any run where virgins are allowed (any number of virgins above 4, even with runs above 50 Dirt Roaders or above, requires prior GM approval).
Virgins are not allowed on the January AGM run, the annual August anniversary runs, 10 year anniversary runs and the 100 anniversary runs.
Virgins will be assessed at the Dirt meeting after the run as to whether or not they will be accepted as a dirt roader.
If accepted they will be given their run shirt on their second run.

Dirt Roaders are also reminded that the Café Kronborg, the Dirt Road sign-up venue and location host of the bi-annual free Dirt Road lunch, also generously and continuously offers a 10 percent discount to Dirt Roaders wearing a Dirt shirt when eating/drinking at their venue.
Note to Hares regarding Virgin shirts - Always pass the virgin shirts to GM and for all virgin shirts still in possession of hares to be turned in asap to any mismanagement member.
Dirt Email Database Update
We are rebuilding the Dirt email database for all active Dirt Roaders. If you previously received the Monthly Dirt Report and would like to continue having it sent to you, please send an e-mail to Webmaster from the email address that you would like to use.
This also applies to any active Dirt Roader that is not currently receiving the Monthly Dirt Report and would like to.
